   I bought a ZT0350 great piece of kit from these guys. I follow them on facebook and had read the notice which does clearly say there will be delays on the orders due to relocation. It was my choice to by the item while I had the money so I chose to buy it there and then. It arrived 3 days after it should of which in my opinion is pretty damn good considering the circumstances. Keep up the good work guys!

   I had a very poor experience. There is too much detail to want to share but I placed an order that never arrived, it took many days of emailing, leaving phone messages and eventual contact via Facebook for them to let me know it was to be delayed. I asked to cancel the order and then it took weeks to get my money back. I lost count of the number of emails and phone messages I have had to leave this company with no response. There was a very delayed response time and virtually no sharing of information. The one single excuse I received through weeks of frustration was that they were moving premises and hence there had been delays. It took threats of legal action for them to return my money. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company based on my experiences unless they completely change their lack of professionalism. I then went a rival company, made one 30 second phone call (yes they answered their phone which Hunters Knives never did) and received my order the next day. Easy. Avoid. Go somewhere else. Can I give them negative stars?!

   *** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY *** I ordered over two weeks ago, received a receipt from World pay but no correspondence from Hunters Knives themselves! Of course they took the money quickly! Have emailed and called to no avail! Unbelievable service. Will try again this week, but will take this further if necessary. Update: I have since been asked to remove this review. I refused, and they have cancelled my order. Do not buy from these guys. I have approached Trading Standards.

   Ordered and paid 8 June. When contacted them I was promised delivery that week. No show so chased up again. Sorry we didn't have product. I didn't kick off but wasn't happy. I then gave 4 choices I would have instead. They had one at this point I may add was very helpful and agreed next day deliver or day after. Product came was well happy very nice product. Product id give 5/5. The service was 1/5 to start but then In my eye improved to a 4/5. As long as look after me would use again.

   All I've been reading are a lot of bad comments and a fair few good ones. Yes delivery wasn't between 3-5 working days as stated because when you purchase something they have to do a background check then need your ID to prove your age. But once that's completed and you give them what they need then it will get sorted and delivered straight away. And for the messages, sometimes a day or two to respond but they don't have 8 arms. I'm happy with my purchase and will defo be buying again. Thank you :)

   My third purchase from Hunters Knives, a curly birch SkogKnife. The quality of the knife and the sheath is superb, as promised and the blade was razor sharp straight out of the box. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and received the item on Wednesday even though I had expected to wait up to 5 days for it to arrive – Not bad considering I live in Ireland. I have always experienced a high level of service from these guys and will continue to recommend and use them for future purchases.
