Absolutely shocking customer service. I was waiting 25 minutes for just an acknowledgment from staff whilst waiting to request a shoe size and then an extra 5 minutes to receive the shoes and an extra 10 minutes waiting at the till. (40 mins total) I bought them without trying on as I had other stores to go to. It got to the point where customers thought I was employed at the store and started asking me for advice/sizes on their shoes. I understand it was fairly busy however, in my opinion I believe customers should at least receive acknowledgment within five minutes of entering the store and if it is a little busy at least let them know they will be seen to when they are free. (It would have saved you this bad review) Very poor attitude from a few of the staff β Iβm sure if the area manager(s)/higher ups were around the service would have been better and thatβs how it should be maintained however in this case, it was not β Do better.

Staff are so rude on the till, chewing gum, not saying hello, talking amongst themselves about the drama they had going on. Very poor customer service.

No customer service. Asked for shoes, waited for long time no follow up no checking me back, until I think a senior staff came around and checked on me. Not the first time of experiencing poor customer service, even ordered online and picked up, just to cashier, I felt like I don't want to be here anymore
