Went for a runners shoe gait analysis. Was assisted by a lovely lady called Lauren, we went though many pairs of shoes, did a bit of running on a treadmill, she was very helpful with the recommendations and going back and forth with different sizes, and measured my foot width as well which I needed to know anyway. Ordered a new pair of ASICS I cannot wait to run in. Great service, great staff, highly recommend!

Came in for some women's hiking boots not really knowing what I wanted or my proper shoe size. Thankfully I got the best service I could ever ask for from a staff member called Jade. She told me everything I needed to know. She measured my feet and sized them properly (a size and a half bigger than I thought!!). She then gave me loads of options to try on whilst explaining the differences in them all. She must’ve spent close to an hour making sure I made the right choice and that everything was properly fitting and comfy. Even gave me advice on the best types of socks I need depending on how my feet feel! Genuinely amazing service from Jade! I came away with a perfect and well fitting pair of hiking boots!
I went into the store yesterday and I received the best customer service I’ve ever had, Jade was more than helpful. She gave me advice, and took her time to explain the pros and cons on each of the bags I was looking at. She even put 20kg weights into each bag so I could try them out and experience how it would feel ! Thank you so much Jade
A very helpful and patient young man helped with a first pair of running trainers. He was a keen runner himself, and took time to assess needs, do a video gait analysis, and recommend some options with regards what would be a suitable shoe. Very happy with the service, and with the shoes purchased.
Excellent service, the assistant listened to our thoughts, chucked in some words of wisdom, measure feet comprehensively, and let us mess around until the perfect boots were found. Good stock and good price, plus advice on recycling old worn replaced boots. Recommended.
