I'm not one to write a bad review either but our experience here was not pleasant. We found the lady to be extremely rude, she did not listen to requests, refused our ideas and continued doing exactly as she pleased...I asked for French tips, so not exactly hard, she designed a parcel bow on one nail then smudged it all with a glittery top coat...my daughter had a full set, they were lumpy underneath and she left so many ridges we thought it was the Grand Canyon...definitely will not be going back...

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Specifically asked for French tip nails pedicure and extensions on my hands also showed a clear picture of how I wanted it not even anything complicated. She acts as though she knows then throughout doing my toes she rips my skin using the equipment, I comment as I can feel pain, she was struggling with what to say and stuttering. I let it go and let her continue my hand nails and was using nearly dried out nail polish I enquire that i want extensions on not just nail polish, she got frustrated and went on to say how it is my fault that I didn’t say when I specifically did at the start! I tell her I don’t want my nails done anymore I will pay for my toes and go elsewhere for my hands. The service here is terrible it felt rushed and she does it the way she wants not how you asked for it. Don’t go here!

Hate to write a bad review however after paying £30 for a full set of acrylics I expected better. My nails felt rushed, the pattern was NOTHING like what i asked for a real mess! The lady was telling me no to a lot of basic designs i asked for and tried to do them as she wanted. I returned the next day (more travel fair) to have them redone they was that bad and was charged a further £15. Even after redoing them they were not worth £45!! I have been having my nails done 10+ years and I recommend anywhere else in Huddersfield town before this place. Won’t be returning

I tried this shop as my usual nail shop was full. Had my acrylics on a week and already 4 snapped off. Not only that, my thumb nail snapped off and ripped my skin off underneath. I've now having to make a doctors appointment as it could be infected and I've lost feeling in the top of my thumb.
