   I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Manchester United Club Shop. I ordered a shirt for my child as a Christmas gift, only to receive a faulty item. The quality of the shirt was not up to the standard you'd expect from such a renowned club. It had clear defects that made it unsuitable as a gift. To make matters worse, the communication from the shop has been absolutely appalling. I reached out multiple times, but I received no responses or clear resolutions to the issue. With Christmas fast approaching, I was left without a gift for my child, which was both frustrating and upsetting. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of support and poor customer service from the Manchester United Club Shop has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I expected better from a club of this stature. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Rating: 1/5 Would not recommend.

   Massive selection for any United fan. I've ordered from the website and visited the store in person. Excellent experience either way. The staff is friendly but a little sparse when it's busy. I recommend going the day before a match or the day after. Gameday is packed!

   A great shop to the buy souvenirs for Manchester United fans. Clothes, shorts, balls and many other stuffs can be bought. The shop is clean, tidy and spacious but be prepared to find many people inside. The staff is good. You can take photos and make videos. Queues at the tills are very likely. Toilets are behind the shop. Security guys outside are helpful. Worth taking a look inside if visiting the stadium. Car and coach parking at the stadium opposite of shop.

   The E2 Car Park at Manchester Stadium is easily accessible via the A5081 and offers free parking, which is convenient, especially for visiting the store. The store opens at 10 a.m., and at the moment, there’s a 50% discount on selected products—a great deal! That said, even with the discount, prices remain quite high.

   Visited the megastore for the first time. As a lifelong supporter I would have expected some unity, better and more welcoming service from the staff. To a large extent the staff in this superstore are visitors first experience of the club. A lot of the staff gave off unmotivated, entitled and haughty behaviour - appalling to feel like this within the fan base. Unapproachable, ignorant and unhelpful. I was faced with 2 members of staff a lady and gentleman at the entrance who appeared to be dossing around and socialising like teenagers. When I asked for some guidance on the whereabouts of items I came in to purchase, there was a very unbothered and annoyed attitude from the lady. Ultimately, the service from the staff was unsatisfactory and I would be mindful of visiting our club’s official store again. I definitely didn’t feel UNITED on today’s visit

   The store is big and beautiful. Everything is very organized. Prices are what you can imagine from Adidas: expensive. The general t-shirts are not bad in price at all from £22-£28. Magnets are £4 as well as keyrings. Very nice quality stuff tbh. Loved it.

   Does exactly as it's name suggests. Manchester United Football Club merchandise by the bucket loads. Better than shopping online as you can see everything properly before buying. Maybe a little expensive, but Adidas is that kind of brand, and this is one of the biggest football clubs in the world, so it is to be expected. Security checks are performed upon entry, but nothing that takes too long.

   Impressive store, everything you need for yourself and the kids if you support Manchester United. Security is tight and you need to pass through a metal detection system, very much like at the airport. It's quick and easy though.
