Made a couple of orders online and they've always arrived on time and as described! No issues, and we would certainly shop with Fitness Superstore again.
One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Customer service don't want to know, i bought some weights from them, admittedly not the most expensive set, however they were unusable due to the collar coming loose after about 3 reps, i contacted them and they sent new collars out, same thing happened. I was requesting to return the items as they weren't fit for purpose, i was going to have to foot the delivery bill as it was in there small print, the delivery cost to return cost more than the items. I then requested to return the items to the 'local' store which was 40 minutes away, but was told that they wouldn't accept returns bought online at the store
Ordered a 24kg kettlebell nearly a month ago, they sent out a barbell so I had to take time off for them to come and collect it. They then assured me my order would be sent out the next day. Its been 2 weeks and still havent received it. Now they wont reply to my emails. Please dont waste your money on these jokers. There's far more fitness equipment suppliers these days such as mirafit that are far more superior.
I purchased a Bowflex treadmill which was alot off money may I add !! I had it two weeks and it stopped working after phone calls and Emails back and forward for four weeks !! They decided to send an engineer out to try and fix it,that fails the engineer advised it needed replaced after more chasing and numerous phone calls another four weeks passed it was agreed to be replaced,now 8 weeks down the line I’m still stuck with a faulty treadmill, now after a total off approximately 11 weeks I had to pack the treadmill up myself because they couldn’t find a company to pick it up without it being packaged back up,I then call to tell them it’s been picked up and I’m told the guy that’s dealing with it is off and to call back next week !!! Stay away from this company it’s nothing but hassle and the customer service is horrendous,after spending so much money on one bit off equipment And alot more to get I’ll defo not be going with this company.
Easy online ordering with next day delivery( at an additional cost ). Unfortunately the courier were XPD , a total shambles of a courier service. Needless to say they did not deliver my order , no way of contacting them . I contacted Fitness Superstore , great customer service, bottom line XPD ignored them , had to cancel the order and re order which I did. FS a arranged delivery with another courier (Panther) they were excellent . Delivered on time and kept up to date with tracking and calls from the driver. All in all would not hesitate to recommend Fitness Superstore but definitely not XPD as couriers. Have previously had appalling service and lies told by this company about deliveries. Too often reviews concentrate on the third party courier to the detriment of the seller. It is important to separate them .
On a whim I decided to order some weights, barbells, bench, and few bits. I'd read a couple of reviews about late delivery so had a little trepidation. I ordered Sunday evening, and everything was with me before 11am Tuesday. Really happy and have no hesitation to buy from them again.
My old gym bench broke and I ordered a new one for next day delivery from here. Unfortunately, the delivery wasn't made that day, or the next, and the communication wasn't great. That said, I am only taking 1 star off as it was delivered (albeit 2 days late), they'd sent a 2nd one as well to try and get it delivered sooner, the bench is excellent so far, and they refunded my delivery fee and as well as a part of the purchase price. While their pre-delivery communication needs work to keep a customer up to date, their post-delivery customer service was excellent.
I’m not one for leaving reviews but on this occasion I feel it’s worth it. I visited the Northampton store a couple of times to view the bowflex max trainers. From my initial enquiry on the telephone to visiting the store the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Andy Blackler who was very knowledgeable on all the products and gave me some sound advice. I purchased the Max total trainer which is expensive at £2,499.00 but having tried all the boxflex trainers it is certainly worth the extra money. Andy gave me a free mat for the machine to sit on and the guys in the warehouse helped load my car. All in all a great experience and come highly recommend by me.
