   An efficient office in Angelina who picked up the request promptly and engineer Val was out the same day to look at a washing machine with a leak. It took a few days for part to arrive and there was a slight delay in delivery - not company’s fault. Same day repair once part arrived. Val was tidy, prompt, efficient, fixed and explained issue and future preventive actions. Would highly recommend.

   What an amazing company. Wholly reliable and professional. So many others don't even return your call. They came the next day as promised only charging £48 for the diagnostics. Other companies wanted £135 plus VAT. Angelina who took my call was so helpful and a lovely person. Please dont go anywhere else. There is no company better, cheaper or more reliable. Rachel Albert

   Professional, courteous and reliable. Clear pricing and sent the technician next day within a 2 hour time slot. My (Smeg) oven was fixed within 45 minutes and it was like nothing had happened. Definitely will use again, but hopefully won't have to!

   I have had the pleasure of having to use this firm twice (successfully) within a week, firstly for a dishwasher and secondly for a washing machine. On both occasions, Val the Engineer was excellent - polite and courteous and completely transparent with regards to identifying the problem parts, together with fix and cost required. Both were jobs completed on the same same - the second one requested and completed same day. I cannot fault the service and highly recommend this team, Val in particular. Always takes care and goes the extra mile with regards to any work required around the fitted units supporting the appliances - with no complaints.

   Good experience, the engineer took his time to understand the problem and fixed it without changing any parts. He had a thorough check to assess that the problem was fully resolved and also made us aware that if the same fault reoccured in the next 6 month they would come and fix it for free. Very polite and helpful. The service is good and well priced. I would happily used them again.
