    Came to this argos for help on a product and Stacey served me. She was extremely rude and made me feel upset about using Argos. I will never return to this one again, better off going to a different one. This lady didn’t want to help me at all and seemed like she was tired of her job.

    Absolutely appalling customer service. Your manager small woman blonde hair is extremely rude and nasty. Wanted to refund a broken item i purchased i was refused as I was told I did the damage to it!!! I couldn't believe what i was hearing. I'm considering small claims court as the item was Β£500 plus. Forget argos cover as they clearly don't care. Please avoid this store go to the one in locksbottom there more then happy to help. Your manager needs some lessons on customer service.

    What a horrible experience. I picked up a heater yesterday from here. Turned out to be faulty and stopped working after five mins of use. Upon trying to return it today, the lady at the till unboxed the item and turned the heater on for less than one minute. As it worked, I was refused a refund. After I explained again that it kept stopping after a few minutes of use, I got told 'of course this will happen when the room gets to the temperature of the heater '. I then tried to explain that getting a room to 28Β° in less than five minutes is next to impossible. My words were ignored and they maintained that it was designed to stop working every few minutes!!!! Thank you for making me feel like a criminal, returning something dishonestly. Will have to stick to Amazon purchases going forward. And people wonder why footfall in physical shops is falling....

    Long story short, I was given the wrong Miele vacuum cleaner (Friday 20th September ) which I only discovered when I got home and removed the packaging. I went back a few days later (Monday 23rd September) and the 2 members of staff, 2 young ladies whose names I can’t remember were absolutely brilliant, firstly in acknowledging the mistake, and secondly, dealing with the issue in a sympathetic and efficient way. They reordered the correct one and arranged home delivery for the next day and also took 10% off. Thank you both so much.

    We returned an unopened Garmin watch, still in the manufacturer's box. At Argos Penge, they tried to scratch off the intact stickers but would not let me take a picture of the unopened box. When I objected they said only the manager could refund items over Β£100 and he wouldn't be back till after 2pm! At Argos Bromley, the manager, saw the box hadn't been opened, cut the stickers, and immediately refunded the money. Why didn't Penge look at the receipt and tell us straight away that only the manager could refund that amount. Why damage an unopened box?

    They are doing a mockery of the customer there. Worst customer service. If you need information on something please make sure that you ask several people. The most probably they will provide you the wrong information.

    Opened Bush 32 inch tv on Christmas day. Screen was broken, plug was smashed & tv was dusty. My husband took it back on 27th & was accused by acting manager Emily & 2 lady store assistants of swapping the tv for a broken one. Serial numbers also didn't match. My husband was extremely embarrassed as this all happened in front of a large queue of customers. My husband was made to feel like a criminal & that he was lying about the tv. Now we have to wait until argos does an investigation to prove what happened. Word of caution- check all purchases before leaving the store as there is something very dodgy going on in house at argos. Will not buy from Argos again. 48 hours later no investigation has even been started. Took back tv again & what a surprise no manager on duty. Anyway store manager of Sainsbury gave my husband a replacement tv. No apology no explanation. Be careful. Check all purchases before you leave the store.
