   Management here at the store is absolutely horrendous. The manager Craig has zero customer service skills and quite frankly was not interested in what I had to say about his staff who yelled at our 4 year old child in the store, traumatising him! Other members of public were also offended by the behaviour of the member of staff and when i approached the manager hoping to rectify the situation he simply said "it was noted" and walked away not interested in the matter. Never come across someone so obnoxious and down right rude. Craig has no clue about how to speak to people, further when I asked for his details his response was "why?" This is the level of management they have here along with staff that openly yell at children and then walk off when trying to address them! Beyond disgusting behaviour from staff!

   I get my boys Blazers and PE kits from here. The quality is great and washes really well, and prices are very good. Very friendly staff that are really helpful and give great customer service. I would'nt go anywhere else.

   Didn't have blazer size, young person serving has little customer experience, I said they should be in stock really when it's the only company we can buy the uniform from, his response was, 'What do you want me to do about it?' Not his fault he has had little, if any, customer service training nor is the fact the company isn't stocking enough goods (I wasn't the only person who couldn't get what they wanted, I heard many other staff members apologising to customers). If there was another company I could use, I would. I'm tempted to source my own in future.

   Ordered online, fulfilled withing 10 days. Couldn't ask for more. The store isn't the easiest place to find, for pick up but so what. When you get speedy, efficient, no nonsense, online service, who cares.

   TERRIBLE. I walked in to the store, the floor was a disgrace, it looked like it had not been vacuumed for months. After a few minutes of watching the obviously clueless young staff I was grunted at by one of them. I gave him my order, he then answered the businesses phone and spent 15 minutes on it trying to sort out somebody's order while I just stood there trying to get another one of their disinterested staff to sort out my order. The young person on the till was as clueless as the rest of them. Parking, there is none. If you drive round for long enough you might find a space up a very dodgy back street but best to park on Aldi and walk for 5 minutes. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

   They have monopoly on PE kits for my school and yet you have to wait weeks for your order! Why can’t they prepare stock for the busy summer period is beyond me. Rude staff over the phone, I really hope schools get rid of logo requirements so we can shop somewhere else.

   Ridiculous opening hours! Saturday until 12 only, very inconvenient for working parents. There should be more choices available not just one poorly managed and under stocked store closed when it should be opened. I will have to take a time off work especially to buy a uniform.

   Bad Service , bad quality ,never have the sizes in stock. Sent incorrect size when ordered online and wouldn't exchange without me coming into store despite it being their error. Unfortunately the only option to get logo uniform for our school. They have replied so shall I . If you have a monopoly on a uniform supply its not right to not carry appropriate stock levels , I don't think saying its summer is good enough. Children grow all year round, surely its in your best interest as a business to keep stock levels up. I most certainly did not receive the correct size replacement from you ,my son only has one PE shirt the incorrect size you sent. I have an email chain that proves this. I offered to post the incorrect size back ( again not my fault) and you ignored my emails and never answered the phone. Really poor service and again frustrating you are the only option which is really not adequate .
