Took my £300 hoover in for a service and they lost it. When I called up to chase it the manager said it’s not his problem. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by using these.
I gave up with these guys and fixed the problem myself. Three emails later I gave up and just got the part off of ebay. I chose to give some work to a small local firm to replace an oven door latch but it was hard work. The last email they gave me the number of a gas fitter to call? for an electric oven door latch?
Was relieved to find a local company to do the job. My husband was very happy with the service we received. Repair of hotpoint oven. 2 technicians arrived on time very polite and get on with the job. Call out fee £60 plus parts if needed .
This company would have received 0 stars but it's not possible! I received a quote from this company to supply and fit a new rubber seal to my washing machine. The lady I spoke to on the day was helpful and polite. However, when I telephoned back the following day to ask two simple questions such as how long would it take for the part to be delivered and if it came with a guarantee then you would not believe how rude the person on the end of the phone was. I decided to place my order with this company as they are a local, independent firm. However, after the way I was spoken to l, have now decided to place my order with a multinational company who understand the meaning of manners!
Helpful, obliging, not particularly expensive. Also repair electrical appliances at a reasonable cost. Sorry they moved from grays to South Ockendon as they were only a 10 minute walk from where I live. If what you want isn't in stock they will order it for you. A friend of mine had a new hob supplied and fitted, and highly recommends them
