Tried calling multiple times and no one picked up any time. This is also not the first time this has happened. Very poor service each time. I wouldn't bother trying to call ahead
Had to wait 10 mins to be served because no staff was around Was no price labels on the front of most boxes so have to lift up everything and check the bottom, some price labels were too worn to see also
About 3 months ago I bought my PlayStation Console from Mark. Who was very polite & helpful. He told me about the bundles that were available & didn't mind having a quick debate. I have been with game for over 20 yrs now & will always try to stay loyal to them. But sorry for the late review as I had forgotten marks name lol. Thank you Mark
Bought two games the other week ago didn't use game still not opened tried getting a refund assistant opened you can't get a refund money they gave me 1.25 worst place ever.
My first time to this store in its new location inside sports direct also a grate store the guys and girl behind the till verry helpful and knowledgeable and it was easy locating the store thanks to the helpful sports direct staff would give more stars
Currently stood in the queue because the girl at the till does not know how to test an Xbox and the manager is on his dinner, not very flexible if you ask me.
Good store to go in and browse or get great Christmas gifts and anything else you might want. Recently had an issue with them where I rang up to find out if they had an item in store and the automated service told me they did, causing me to travel up there to get it only to find out that they didn't have it at all and hadn't had it for more than a day or so. Staff are still friendly and helpful and always willing to engage with customers.
