We spend £5000 for a steam oven that never worked, after 2 years Miele sent us a replacement unit that was completely damaged, looked like second hand or refurbished unit. Please bear in mind if you plan to buy Miele appliances in London.
A three which Sandra managed to stop being a 1. Maybe my expectations were too high but Miele is regarded as high end. The sales service initially was great, lots of knowledge and pleasantries while making larger purchases. The failings happen once you leave and Miele fail to honor and deliver the order, two large delays on kitchen appliances which are fine if you are swapping out an appliance but when the delivery dates dictate kitchen being fitted and carpenters being booked in it’s a pain. 8 weeks for a couple of the appliances is not acceptable. When told they would all be available together within a week of purchase. We found customer services shocking, no warmth or real apology for hold ups, just a lack of enthusiasm. Once your money has hit their account the customer service ends. Honestly would sooner use AO for the same appliances and way better customer services.
Lovely experience- staff were so kind and attentive, especially Sandra! She really took the time to show us all the options and demonstrate how each piece of equipment worked. Definitely would recommend.
The team at Miele Bluewater have been excellent. All 7 of the appliances we purchased have been fantastic. Owing to build delays we had to postpone delivery twice which was handled very professionally and with ease. John has been very helpful , including an immediate response to an install issue that was resolved the same afternoon Thoroughly recommend Miele Bluewater
Sandra helped me select the ovens I needed to replace four Wolf ovens, she talked me through the features and benefits throughout the range. I ended up with four DGC 7865 HC Pro, great ovens, looking forward to discovering new dishes.
Went in to purchase a new hoover for my elderly mum. My goodness what service the ladies were more than helpful we evan had a coffee like you do in posh jewelers this is how you should be treated when buying something. Next time we are in the market for some white goods we will be returning.
The best white goods brand in the world. A beautifully presented store which shows off their products. They do display their higher end products which may put off some people who are not knowledgeable on miele products. They do have a lower end which is much more affordable and of excellent quality too.
Me and my friend visited Miele Bluewater store today (04.06.22) and had a great experience! Special thanks to a lady worked on the shift (sorry I did not ask for the name), she was very informative about every product we have asked and had the best attitude! She truly deserves a pay rise! Next time we need any appliance it no doubt will be Miele!
Truly mesmerised from my experience, the store looked classy, contemporary and I was truly happy to see how far Miele has come in the past decade
