   As a regular invader of this wonderful store, I can only say it is amazing. I have never come here and failed to find what I wanted, plus what I didn’t expect to see and bought. As well as general hardware and things for the garden, as there is a Rymans in the store, there is a great selection of stationary. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

   Helped me with a key cutting a while back, was good service and price (better than leading competitor!). The boy serving said it would be a while and I could come back (as was in the area doing other things), come back and they were waiting for me at the till. Great stuff! Made my life a lot easier

The staff are friendly helpful and efficient. Service is quick The staff are very knowledgeable NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE Shopping is easy instore Stock seems readily available AFTER SALES SERVICE IS READILY AVAILABLE AND EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE.    I was so disappointed with their customer service. I was about to collect money through Western Union but the employee said that they don’t have enough money to release. I mean what? How is that my problem now? Why offer the service when you do not have money to release for collection in the first place. Then you asked me to come back the next day which I did with the same reason provided again! I mean please just shut your doors for this service if you cannot deliver them according to what has been advertised in your doorsteps. Now I need to travel to your next branch and check?! I am so frustrated! I hope the management will act on this. You cannot turn down a customer with a petty reason such as this! Not enough cash to release???!!!

   Neither of the two chaps working there looked as if they really wanted to be there! I asked for advice on a Frying Pan. He didn't know what I was talking about and showed me what was on display which I was already looking at! When I decided to buy one (by reading the labels to decide on suitability) I went to the checkout as the only other customer, a lady with two items, also stepped up to the checkout. The young fair haired lad went to the till and the other, tubby ,dark haired, older man stood like a Security Guard looking out of the door. After a few moments, and a few stares from me he asked me to come over to another till and served me. In all the time I was in the shop nothing 'made me smile' except your excellent products and very fair prices! Thank you.

   Phoned to see if an item was available, and the young lady was so helpful, checked made sure it was, and offered to keep it for me until I could get to the store the next day. That's good customer service in my book.

   Standards have really slipped in the Sevenoaks branch. The middle-aged blonde woman that "served" my wife today was extremely unhelpful and rude. She said "you should have been able to see where they were" and "Well, now you know next time!". Don't think we will be visiting again.
