Absolutely fantastic service! Dropped off my Dyson on Monday and had a call back saying that it needed a new part, they had one in stock and would be available for collection at my convenience, no extra cost, other than the part! Thanks so much! Couldn’t recommended more!
Ordered a washing machine, delivered and installed within a week. There was a problem with the machine, they agreed to replace, which was delivered within a few days, and installed. I could not fault their customer service it was excellent, called me with a time for expected delivery, were faultless in installing the machine. I would highly recommend Automatica, and the price was excellent compared to the competitors.
Good service on repair side! Be careful with parking in the internal yard though. I received the fine from the yard owner even though Automatica assured that it is free for their visitors. And now I having troubles to get it voided. Hence only 2 stars.

Needed a new element for my oven. They always seem to have the parts in stock and if not can always get them for you. Good for repairs too.
I went there to get my vaccum fixed and they told me they would try to find the problem and if I was not satisfied they would give back my vaccum as I had given it but then when I came back 2 days later, without my permission they deconstructed (cables broken,random screws and unidentifiable pieces )it because it "wasn't safe"
Fantastic service. I needed a bearing kit for my washing machine the kit ordered came in wrong as there are several types and mine is no longer available. They were so helpful and made up a complete kit as I took my old ones with me. The kit works perfectly they even gave me some sealant and seal lab. Proper service Thank you..
I had problems with my fridge/freezer and decided I should buy anew one. However I rang Automatica on the off chance that they may be able to repair or if not they could replace. Engineer arrived and was very polite and efficient, he carried out the repair in approx 10 minutes. I would recommend Automatica to anyone and already some of my family have asked for their contact details so they can also use them. Well done!
