   The store create fraudalant transactions and ask you to pay. They never credit anything that you never received from them. Avoid howdens overall for any trading on credit, they have no fixed price.

   Initially quite good but recommended flooring which didn’t lay well and then refunded the fitter rather than us who had paid for it. Damaged cupboards that we now can’t replace as the fitter did such a poor job he is refusing to replace and howdens are ‘trade only’ so we can’t get replaced either. Some very dodgy design flaws that were only evident once fitted.

   From start to finish the staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. At no point was you rushed, or felt you was taking to much of their time, their patience and presence was 100%. I would like to mention the boys behind the counter, Vicki and not forgetting Denise for all their help, advice and professionalism. The dream team! Thank you all .....

   I had a problem with some flooring that I bought from Howden’s but the fitter used the wrong underlay. I contacted the Sidcup Manager who investigated the matter for me. She arranged for an inspection and advised that new underlay and flooring was needed . She then supplied both as a gesture if goodwill. This was most appreciated . I would like to document how professional she was and it was very refreshing to find a retail outlet who cares about their customers. Problems do occur but it’s how they are dealt with matters Brilliant service

   I want to thank Vicky on her professionalism in dealing with my issue with two units which was order I wanted clear glass not frosted Vicky went out of her way to get me the product I wanted she was absolutely brilliant kept me informed all the time I got the end result I wanted. I would highly recommend Howdens Sidcup it want great customer service and after care. Thank you Neil for coming out promptly to fit the replacement exceptionally service
