   I inherited a Panasonic DVD / VCR 1990s vintage and it wouldn't respond to the remote. Matt carried out a service and quoted for repairs at a reasonable cost. It now works perfectly, really pleased to be able to keep it going thanks.

   Superb service. My Panasonic Hard Drive Recorder gave up the ghost, and Matthew managed to source quite hard to obtain spare parts and repair it so it is as good as new, all in around 1 week - and at a very reasonable price - a fraction of the potential replacement cost. I just picked it up this morning. I will certainly use his services again, should I be in the unfortunate position of having any problems with my TV/Audio gear. So much better (and kinder to the planet) to repair than consign to landfill and replace.

   I highly recommend this company who we discovered recently and it is unlikely that we would now go anywhere else. This is because they were helpful on the phone - they made suggestions which possibly I could have done to fix the problem without the expense of calling them out. I was unable to sort out the problem so they came the next day and fixed it almost immediately plus gave us some good advice. Their fee was fair and competitive and they were pleasant and helpful. We believe in supporting small local businesses where possible and this one ticks all the boxes!

   Would give 0 stars if possible, worst service ever! The shop claims to do PC and computer repairs but are not qualified to do this. Went in for a simple repair to my 3 in 1 printers USB port (the photocopier on it was working fine), gave the £30 deposit, he took apart my printer then didn't know how to put it back together then returned it to me in PIECES! Didn't even offer to return the £30 and told me to look on ebay for a new printer! If he didn't know how to fix it he should have just said no!

   Large LED tv with screen fault investigated and repaired within a week. Very pleased as no hassle disposing / replacing functional tv. No issue with £30 investigation fee as obviously time / labour required needs to be paid for. Will use again and recommend to others.

   Thank you Matt for the sounds! I have a wonderful soundbar system that stopped outputting sounds and gave it to Matt in June. In November I have it back as good as new. Matt is your man if you have an electrical item that you value and want to keep using it. Keeping a ten-year quality soundbar system working for £125 is a bargain.

   You need to pay £30 for them to analyse the fault. I was given estimation of repair cost on the basis of information I provided of £60-£120 for my 13 year old tv. As is always the case with estimates, it always ends up with the higher end, in this case £115. The problem is of course rather than lose £30 you will pay another £85 for a repair. I would have been happy with a total £80-85 cost. Whether it is worth paying £115 for a repair with a three month guarantee remains to be seen. The reality is that a new tv with a 5 year guarantee costs about £400. I was not given a paper guarantee or indeed a receipt that might indicate labour and parts costing, neither was the protective cover I transported the tv with returned. The repaired tv is working perfectly.
