   I’m extremely disappointed with my iPhone 14 Pro purchase. The screen was already showing issues when I bought it, and despite being very careful with it, the screen completely broke after just three months of normal use. For a premium product, this is unacceptable — it feels like a complete scam. I expected much better durability and quality from Apple, especially given the high price. I’d like this issue to be properly investigated and resolved, either through a replacement or a full refund. COMPLETE SCAM DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE when I went back for a refund they said I broke it even though it came broken so disappointed terrible people. I tried to update the iPhone and it didn’t even let me log into my iCloud biggest scam ever would give 0 stars if I could.

   This shop is run by Raju. He is a very hard working and sincere businessman. He will do his best to assist you and help you resolve any issue you have with repairs, replacement, upgrade of any device. He is knowledgeable and very experienced in diagnousing problems with gagets . I went to him to fix two phones for me intially and ended up visitng him again and again to fix issues with 2 laptops and mobile phones and he was able to fix everything for me at a very reasonable price. Above all he also provides a receipt and warranty for all his work. I find him to have integrity and professionalism and have the highest regard for the excellent service he provided to me on a number of occasions. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to repair or replace a gadget. You wilk not be dissapointed .

   Amazing service. Highly recommend. Ask for Sam. I am traveling in London from Australia. My laptop went dead and just wouldn’t power on. I took it to the shop this morning and Sam fixed it within an hour! He also explained the potential root causes and how to monitor the performance. Their professional service was excellent. Most importantly, they act in your best interest, which is rare these days. Thank you Sam and the Gadget Centre team.

   Buying refurbished used electronics does tend to prompt a certain trepidation. Even in refurbished form these things are not cheap after all. A brand new laptop would have been lovely of course. But priced at between £1000 and £2500 for the spec I was looking for and which I struggled to justify, and Gadget Centre's predominantly positive reviews, it was time to be brave. Placed my order on Wednesday, arriving on Tuesday. And on opening the package, I have to say I'm impressed. The device looks and feels new. A crackle finish wrap to the lid, pleasing to the touch and a smoother finish wrap surround to the keyboard belie its previous life. Ok, you can tell that it isn't new - but you do have to be looking to notice. Performance is just fine, and a world away from that of the ancient device with which I had previously struggled for far too long. W11 might for some take a little getting used to. But that's life. I expect that my next laptop, when the time comes will be from Gadget Centre. Am well pleased.

   DO NOT repair your phone there! Very disappointing experience. I came couple weeks ago to repair my glass cover over my lenses on my IPhone (my lenses were not damaged) just the covering glass at the back of my phone. Gentleman repaired it, that’s what I thought. Forwarding two weeks, covering glass already broke (showing visible cracks) - very cheap product they use. I although should have properly checked my portrait mode on camera - it is now blurred. It hasn’t been like that before. Lens must not be properly cleaned when back glass was repaired. Gentleman was in total denial and refused to repair or give me money back. I paid £25. Poor service, disrespect to customers and arrogant attitude. PLEASE AVOID!

   Had my Iphone screen changed and since then it has been acting up. The screen does not react or it just scrolls and selects stuff without me touching the screen. When I went in they were efficient and quick, however my phone is essentially still broken. Rather than a cracked screen I now have one that does not work properly.

   I recently went into the shop to get my phone and ipads screen fixed. Found them to be very professional and attentive. They said i could wait and my phone could be done straight away..however i chose to come back in few hours and when i did everything was ready with a protective screen on. Would definitely be recommending them to all as definitely good quality repairs for a very good price in comparison to others.
