The review was good so I visited here but the staff was very unhelpful. The guy didn't even bother to come out from the back yard, we had to call several times to his back. He was just sitting one meter away inside. I explained the problem, he just said "It's fine" I couldn't understand what was fine, but he meant my mobile wasn't broken so go home. (I can't charge the mobile, so the problem is clear.)
Terrible shop, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lied and use non-genuine apple parts. They’ve now broken my camera and installed a non-genuine apple part so this is not covered for repair at any Apple Store for a phone that was 3 months old.
Kishan was so helpful when my Mum and I went in to buy her a new phone. He helped us for over an hour and was so kind and lovely. I couldn't recommend enough!

Well this was a saga. I bought a battery for a phone I had that wasn't working (about £50), and then not long after the phone died. I took it into the store to have it repaired, and long story short it was beyond repair. I then bought an iPhone 7 from them at a discounted rate because of the battery, of which I was informed that the only thing wrong with it was some scuffing. I paid them £160 for this. I then got the phone home. The camera didn't work, the torch didn't work, the volume button jammed, the speaker was tinny and the phone consistently overheated and shut down. I then told them of this, and they told me they would sort something. I then waited around 2 weeks without any word before I finally got an update. A replacement phone was organised for me, an upgrade on the original and I made sure to check everything worked before I took it. They then charged me extra for an upgrade I didn't ask for on a phone that originally didn't work, and charged me an extra £80 for the privilege of a working phone. I have paid this company in total now around £300 and gone through three phones. Not very impressed.
