   Spent £11k on a kitchen, Lamona products were strongly recommended with their long warranty. I would steer clear as the Lamona brand is a Beko product which is not reliable and is serviced by a company called Pacificia who fob you off, schedule appointments and don’t turn up and take no accountability. Howdens also are not interested once they have received your money, Anita the kitchen designer does not return calls or emails. So disappointing as she appeared so genuine. Following on from my review, Jay at Howdens telephoned the next day to discuss my concerns. without any issues he arranged delivery of a brand new dishwasher the very next day which is now up and fully operational. Am beyond grateful following months of disappointment with Pacifica. I stand corrected, Howdens are the only ones prepared to help and I am so very grateful.

   My first choice for timber and kitchens on my projects. Competitive pricing. Most delivered kitchen do have returns but never had a problem with returning items or getting replacements.

   Very very disappointing with sales representatives he did not want to pay back outstanding money keeps making excuses I would never go back there for another kitten. And i wouldn't recommend anyone either .

   If you're looking for a fantastic kitchen with an amazing team to guide you look no further! From day 1 Nick and the team have explained everything so well, the prices are transparent with no hidden costs waiting to catch you out. We had a change in our circumstances and they could not be more understanding, helpful and worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we were happy. There was no pressure in regards to how much time we took to decide. A great team with a humane, down-to-earth and compassionate customer service approach. The beautiful kitchen is a bonus too! We cannot recommend Howdens Crayford enough!
