    I wouldn’t recommend taking your iPhone to this place. I went in for a simple screen repair and ended up leaving with a broken microphone. I returned moments later after making a call and noticing no sound. my mic had been working perfectly beforehand. They then offered to fix the problem for an additional £20. I was originally quoted £40 and I had asked if they could reduce the price since my usual repair shop—where I normally pay £25–£30 depending on whether they include a screen protector- was closed. Overall, I felt taken advantage of. This store does not specialise in Apple repairs but Samsung repairs. Totally not worth it for Apple users.

    **BEWARE** DO NOT GO HERE TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE!!! thieves, extremely shady, con artists that completely ripped me off!!! I don’t know how they were able to get any decent reviews which I am sure they are fake reviews created by themselves. I gave my phone to them to repair as I had water damage in the phone so the screen kept turning on then off. They told me it would cost £180 to replace the screen! The main guy that fixed it which I believe His name is Raj was extremely rude to me telling me to give him a deposit first which I have never experienced any mobile repair shop to tell me that. When I went to collect the phone the guy didn’t even put the screen on the phone and was demanding me to give him my £180 that I worked hard for. I just wanted my phone to be fixed and wanted me phone back without any hassle so I gave him the money and he was still refusing to hand me back my phone. When I took my phone back I saw that he installed a very cheap low grade phone screen on my brand new iPhone 16pro which made the quality of the screen very slow also the phone was still going off and on so he didn’t even fix it properly. I took the phone back to get the guy to get it fixed the next day, explaining to him that he put a very low grade iPhone screen and didn’t even fix the main problem of the screen turning on and Off he then proceeded to yell at me and got two other workers to also should at me which disgusted me alot as I am the paying customer and I already paid him almost £200 he still didn’t fix the phone as it still turns off and on all he did was put a very low quality poor screen on my phone making my phone in a worse condition!!

    I visited this local mobile electronics shop to help a friend over the phone choose the right adapter or universal plug. Sherry was incredibly helpful and patient—he clearly explained the difference between a UK adapter and a universal plug, which really helped me understand what they needed. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t pressure me into making a purchase. Even though I ended up not buying anything (my friend decided to get it locally where they live), Sherry still took the time to offer great customer service, clear advice, and even spoke in the language to my friend over the phone and they understood. Excellent service, professional, and kind—thank you again.

    Good service with decent prices. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgable about the phone. Got my samsung s21 ultra screen repaired and he also supplied a screen protector and a phone case for a decent amout. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

    1 screen protector + 64 mini memory card = £50 (in Amazon same products total 15 pounds).They helped transferring my data and apparently that's why overcharging. I complaint and they returned 10 pounds as a gesture of goodwill apparently . Terrible shop, would avoid at all cost , they rip you off
