   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went in for a haircut and beard trim with Alex and it was honestly one of the best barber experiences I have had. The attention to detail was unreal and nothing felt rushed at all. He really took his time and made sure everything was spot on. Walked out feeling fresh and properly looked after. Would 100% recommend Alex and I will definitely be back.

   Visited LESS THAN ZERO barbers in Chesterfield yesterday and had an outstanding experience with Rossco. From the moment I walked in, I was offered a drink and made to feel welcome. Rossco delivered a flawless 5-star cut, gave genuinely helpful advice, and showed real attention to detail throughout. I left feeling fresh and very happy with the result.    After calling got an appointment for 10 am the next day. I met Alex, a trainee, who was a little nervous and repeatedly praised the more experienced staff. His nerves were there because he really wanted to do a good job. I’m 60 years of age and think my hair is difficult to cut. Alex had a definite idea for what would suit me. I was there for an hour because Alex took great care getting it right. People usually cut my hair in 20 minutes so I think that shows he was invested. He has done a great job. I work outdoors in all weathers so the haircut needs to be easy to keep looking smart. I hope this review is encouraging and reassuring for Alex to build confidence in his own abilities.

   Great barbers with a really welcoming atmosphere. The team take their time to listen to what you want and give advice if you’re not sure, so you always leave with a cut that you're happy with. Professional, friendly, and consistent every visit. Easily the best place around for hair and beard.

   Luke cut our toddlers hair, was so patient with his tantrums and made him feel more comfortable. Absolutely love the cut, the only place I’ve actually taken him and can say I like the cut! Definitely recommend!

   Since I saw the Harley on the shop front I knew I had to pay LTZ a visit. And they did not disappoint. Guys look after you from the moment you step inside. Greeting, coat handling, drink offer (tea, coffee, beer). 15 minute waiting (I came a bit earlier then my appointment) did not feel like waiting at all. The hair cut and styling, bear trim and mustache trimming; all of it was done to the perfection. Hot and cold towels, hi quality hair products... Enjoyed every single moment

   Excellent establishment, Outstanding service & Quality. Refreshing after being dissatisfied with many barbers for longer than I can remember. I've only had cuts from Martin the owner, who is an outstanding professional and all around pleasant guy. However all the staff are professional, welcoming and offer great service. They are on the more expensive side, however you get what you pay for and some. You will not be disappointed with the experience.
