Had the go somewhere else straight after visiting here. Hands down the worst haircut ive ever had. Looked like it was done with a knife and fork
First time coming today to get my childs hair sorted as some parts wasn't level the male called Daniel did my child's hair i didn't appreciate racist comments made in front of my child and I found it was a rushed job another customer entered the shop and Daniel swore the lady however did tell him and she seen professional.
Sadly, it is becoming obvious why this place is losing customers hand over fist. Was told the last time I went in that they would be staying open until 6PM on a Friday to accommodate people who don't finish until 5PM. Stood outside at 5:30PM on 2 separate Fridays to find it shut. Decided to go back on a Saturday to try again, only to find the place shut by 3PM, even though opening hours say it is open until 5PM. Serious Customer Service improvement needed, otherwise this place won't be open much longer sadly.

This place has really gone down hill, worst hair cut I've had in a long long time, doesn't match on either side, no proper blending, really poor standard, feel like i need to go to a different hairdressers and pay them to fix the mess caused by this barbers, seemed like a rush job to get you in and out of the chair as quickly as possible, was only me in the place, what's the rush? It's definitely time for a change of barbers.
Been here 3 times this year & haircuts are ok , however, visited Friday last week ,and have to say this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had , far too short with no proper blending & ive now got 1side and inch longer and no hair at the back as it’s been clippered way too high all the way around nothing like I asked for , with no graduation or scissor over comb to blend the clipper work in as I asked for . Ive been in this industry for over 35 years and know how to ask for a hair cut , I’m now left with a cut that’s awful And unmanageable Very disappointed and can’t understand why basic cutting terms and head terminology is not understood It’s a basic knowledge and requirement for any hairdresser and barber to know
I took my son here yesterday and the staff were lovely! My little boy is 10 months old next week and was in sure need of a haircut. It looks amazing and they were so kind when he started to get restless. I will definitely be coming back here X
