    I came on Sunday at 8am ( the quieter hours) they staff who was on the till on the shop floor who had just come in and started their shift did not respect this at all. I was disgusted by them all ever the security person. Talking very loud, stood around the till are just talking away and laughing the staff who had come in very loudly say good morning I was at the back of the store and could hear that. The staff need to be reminded of what quiet hours mean !

    Bad customer service. Lady was standing there doing nothing, not doing job. Told me to do self service instead of serving me at the till. Absolutely lazy and incompetent. No respect for customers.

    Always busy but staff don't open any other tills to reduce the amount of people. Mabey further training is required. Mabey Common sense is also required instead of just moaning about the amount of customers waiting to be served.

    Poor customer service, disinterested staff with no basic manners. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but the staff at this specific store are incompetent at all levels including management.

    Got to be the most badly managed Tesco Express i've ever been in. Ignorant staff who would rather gather around tills talking and using their phones whilst the que rapidly grows than actually serve people. A lot of retraining needs to happen....

    This store has lately had weird opening times not stated online. You get there and its closed. Very dissapointing and not Tesco like. Management should be fired.

    Staff is more interested in talking with each other rather than getting with customer service for what they are getting paid for. Be careful when buying vegetables and check them properly before you buy them as they are often spoilt; they don't seem to be lasting up to use by day neither suggesting they are not handled/stored properly in store.
