   Do not use this store to repair anything.. I took my phone that was on a boot loop.. I told them if they can repair.,please do.. but if not return.. dont not wipe the phone or try to factory reset.. I came back a week later.. he told me its 35 pounds.. I ask what was done, he told me he had to take somewhere else and had to pay travel.. that's not my problem. So I ask what wrong.. he said the ram.. and didnt tell me he wiped the whole phone.. I also took it to a shop after.. they told me no one has tried to open the phone and they just factory reset.. and sold me back my dead phone with all my data wiped.. I went back.. ..I said aleast refund as picture of my famiky. Kids all gone.. he got aggressive.. I said you must do something to compensate. He proceeded to put a new phone on table and said 200.. I refused as the phone was 9nly worth 150.. I walked out feeling violated and upset.. these people are crooks. Boycott at all costs..

   Refused a refund request for a pair of faulty earphones bought on the same day and ripped me off with an alternative that’s £20 cheaper in other stores (they charged me £50).

   Selling poor quality fake IPhone chargers for £10 (telling you is real) which stop working at the same day . Two hours later after I bought it ,I try to take it back and get refund . They start shouting on me “WE DONT DO REFUNDS!” Don’t go there ! Never received such “Customer service “ They have to be reported ,surprise how they running “this business “ in the middle of London

   Had a new screen fitted for over s hundred quid, it broke in one day in my back pocket, found out the screen fitted was the poorest quality screen money could buy, i fiund glass in my pocket!!!!
