Do not shop here no stock they do it online instead for me told for next day delivery it's £6 but why nothing in shop charge me a £1 I go in a queue for 20min got charged full delivery and 3days later nothing try ring no answer tried track couldn't find my order had ring complaints they say its been cancelled no stock said I want put in complaint tried say I can't told told them I can transaction happened in shop still said can't terrible service they didn't even send a message to say it was cancelled it my son Christmas trainer's and stated this in store told me there's loads in stock he guaranteed it would come then nothing and I have go back to the store to get my money back.

Poor customer service. Today, I went to collect my purchase and showed them the confirmation email, but they said it wasn't there. I waited in the store for 45 minutes, and they eventually canceled my order without my consent, even though the same product was available in the store. It seems they don't value their customers.

Pointed to them and said if you need anything I'm here. They didn't have my size so he helped me on the computor to order both pairs I wanted. Went well out of his way and gave perfect service. No returns policy until 29th December, no changing rooms to try items on then you can't exchange them or get a refund? No signage in store to explain this to customers??? Wont be going back. Store assistant explained this when we went to exchange the items. Its company policy, surely a company policy should be displayed in store???? It does tell you on the receipt after your purchase! A bit pointless really

Very Poor, picked up a pair of size 9 trainers from the sale rack and took them to the till for the other foot....waited 15mins to then be told the trainer is an odd pair! I asked how this could happen and was told "must have happened this morning"...that was it.!!!! No mention of what they could do to put things right with me and offering any kind of alternative for the same price!?!?! Where has good customer service gone, none to be seen here. POOR.
