people don't go there bad behavior bad service and there are a lot of cockroaches there Don’t go threee to much bug in there!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service, unprofessional. Had an incident where one of the workers cousin decided to ask for my number while I was getting a pedicure. Tried to mention it & they all thought it was funny. Decided to wait and go in again when there was nobody else in, I tried to tell them the pedicure felt rushed & the foot softener they’re meant to leave on for about 5 minutes she only left it on for 1. There was still skin that was there which I tried to kindly mention. They decided this is the perfect time to be rude & go get a the foot scrubbing device pull my foot out in front of a customer to tell me I’m wrong it’s my fault etc. the pedicure was done in 10 minutes.. you’re not allowed to speak up for yourself either or else they all start talking to each other in their native language. Rude & unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend it not a relaxing experience.
I went to get my nails done today and I had a terrible experience I have a skin condition eczema and the guy that was doing my nails kept putting a lot of alcohol on my hands my hands was burning I started to cry from the pain I couldn't take it anymore so I told the guy to remove the nails for me quickly then they all started to laugh and speak in their own language it was absolutely horrible I have to go into A&E now to get my hands sorted out
I had a terrible experience getting my nails done at a nearby salon. The service was the worst I've ever had and a complete waste of money. The staff continuously spoke in their own language, which was very irritating for customers. They didn't seem to understand what I was saying, just nodding and saying "yea yea yea." The environment and service need significant improvement. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this time I feel compelled to because I spent £57 on a set that looks awful after just one week. I'm willing to share a picture to show the poor quality and lack of precision. I'll never go back.

Great customer service and quality nail technician. However they could do with more nail technicians as this will reduce waiting time...especially around seasonal holidays like carnival etc...they turn to ruch due to waiting customers....photos are 5days after treatment...
Never going back there again. Rude staff very dismissive and kept walking away every few minutes while doing my nails and just casually getting a drink and standing around while speaking in their language to their colleagues. Made my nail bleed, unprofessional and very poor cleanliness. Don’t go here save your money and time and a headache!!
No, social distancing or face coverings worn by staff or other customers when I went in. Rude staff. An overall unpleasant experience.
