   I concur with all of the reviews on here highlighting the shambles that this company is. Please please please do not buy from this company, you will just be ripped off as I have been, left with a faulty spin bike for the past 8 months that I cannot use and they will not refund me for and even have the cheek to expect me to return to them and pay for the privilege of doing so. They should be renamed Scammers R Us. I am now pursuing legal routes to try and claw back my money.

   **UPDATE** ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE OF MY HONEST REVIEW. WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION. SCAMMED OUT OF £299. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. After seeing the reviews on here and trustpilot I decided that I want to cancel my order. They lied and said my order was dispatched in the morning so they cant refund me my money however their offices are not open (I have called and it has gone to voicemail stating so) Please avoid them. I have not received an email confirming that my order has been dispatched. The bank will not do anything until the transaction is completed on their side. They are are the literally a scam. If you want to return your item they will make you pay £30 to do so. I would give them no stars if I could.

   Do not use! The bike turned up quite promptly, but was faulty. I informed them of this and they said they will send the spare part ASAP and with a partial refund, that was over 2months ago now and I have not seen either of those. They have stopped replying to emails and there is no one in the office to talk to. Would not recommend risking it with them

   This company are a disaster from start to finish. Other Trading Names Include: Istarz Ltd Bing Bang Bosh (when purchasing through Wowcher) Director: Hassan Shah -- B3 Corporation Ltd Ordered 2 spin bikes from their direct Xtreamgym website, and only one got delivered. This was a fault with Tufnell's to be fair, which they owned up to, and admitted loosing the item. After several communications with their appalling customer services and Hassan the director in person, it turned out they wouldn't send me a replacement despite knowing we only got one delivered. They were holding out trying to wait to get their money back from Tufnell's before they would send a replacement for the missing bike. After arguments and hundreds of emails, we finally instructed them to cancel the order and to collect the one bike that had arrived. On a side note the one that did arrive was missing parts, but that is a whole other story. After we instructed them to cancel the order and refund us our money, they refused to communicate with us any further and went silent on us. They then shipped out a bike a few days later which arrived later that week. Good your thinking, well it would have been had it not been involved in a car crash. The replacement they sent out was clearly return that someone else had returned which had sustained heavy damage to the front of the frame rendering it unusable. There were also parts missing from this box also, so now 2 incomplete bikes and one smashed to bits. We reported to them that we had no interest in this second bike and they would need to now collect the 2 bikes, and refund us for all the messing about. the order was still not complete and this was a month after ordering. They have refused to contact us or reply to us other than send us one email to say the second bike was delivered. They have ignored our request to cancel the order and have now blocked our communications. We have gone back to our CC company and are retracting funds that way, as for their bikes, they have the option to collect them at their expense or they are going straight to the council tip, best place for them. On a side note Director: Hassan Shah should be jailed for what clearly is a scamming company. The items people are receiving are nothing like what the images portray, and quite often are damaged, seconds, parts missing and in most cases dangerous. I know others have done the same, but we have reported these guys to trading standards and rouge traders, they must be stopped.

   Appalling service. There is no customer service no. to speak to any agent. I ordered a spin bike and there was a sensor missing, it's been 3.5 weeks, still cannot speak to any customer services. They do get back to you on email, but no resolution. Wanted to return the item, even the collection courier company cannot be contacted by phone. Really bad service. Had requested someone to call back many times. Not offering any support. I strongly recommend to speak to someone from the company before even trying out any of their products. If at all possible, please avoid buying from this company. If there was a possibility, would not even give 1 star. After weeks, managed to return the product, it's been over 3 weeks and they still haven't refund me my money. Do not fall into these traps.

   MUST READ!!! DO NOT USE!! Where to actually start! I purchased a treadmill with this company months ago, it finally arrived and low and behold... It was damaged. I emailed straight away and requested a replacement (at this point I had no idea just how dodgy this company was). After waiting weeks and weeks (8 in fact) I finally received my replacement. IT WAS DAMAGED!! It had the exact same damage as the original treadmill l I had returned, which leads me to believe they re sent me the same faulty item! This time I requested a refund. I was originally told I was out of the 14 day money back guarantee, which after numerous emails of me reminding them of my legal rights and threatening legal action they finally accepted to refund me. I sent the product back and am now STILL waiting for my money back. No one is replying to my emails, I am just being completely ignored. I believe this is a fraudulent company. Any 5*reviews you see on these review sites have been made by themselves to try and hide the true negative comments. They pretend we are competitors, I have all the emails going back and forth to a Mike Taimoor proving I am just an unhappy customer who has been conned by this fraudulent company! I doubt I will ever get a refund, but I will be seeking legal action against them.

   AVOID!! Hard to get to speak with somebody via email or phone, and you are left to wonder if you've been scamed or not. My order still hasn't arrived and I don't have any information which company will be delivering my order or when. Also the address on which this company is registered is just random and I'm not sure if this is real company. Would definitely NOT recommend.

   I purchased one of the treadmills on Tuesday and this arrived on the Friday. Downfall I was not contacted to let me know what the delivery would be or given any tracking details. I have built this up with the kids and for us this is perfect does what it’s made for. We spent our first evening on this non stop. Good value for money.
