Appreciate the honest service. A phone wasn't charging properly, instead of selling some parts that weren't really needed he just fixed the issue. So I bought a memory card anyway. Happy days.
The service here is always excellent & very professional. I popped in to see if they could replace the battery on my i-phone 11 (which I’d purchased there about three years ago). All I had to do was leave it with them for a couple of hours & it was ready. They cleaned the screen & replaced the protector which was badly damaged. Unbelievable service - thank you
Brilliant customer service - very well expertised in laptops and super friendly. They really care about their customers and saw they had a very good connection with some of the local customers whilst I was in the shop. I totally recommend this place if you want to buy any tech gadgets or need to repair you computer!
Honestly this shop was an absolute life saver. My computer crashed after the last update losing ALL of my clients details. I was recommended this place by a neighbour. The owner Persevered and found the fault managed to retrieve the data and also loaded it into my new pc. cant recommend more highly! Had a issue charging phone, thought I had cleaned all fluff out of charging port but took it along to replace charging port and to my surprise there was a ridiculous amount still left. They ordered me a new part to replace the phone which was no longer needed and my phone has been repaired for no cost. I did offer some money for his time but he rejected. Not many honest people like this enough! thank you.
