   Disgusting con artist. I went in and asked if they did screen protectors for my phone. Without saying anything he took my phone and held up a blue pack, he went to the desk and I presumed he was making sure it was the right model. 30 seconds later he brings my phone back with a new protector on it and says £10 please. When I said no thanks , an argument took place with him saying "you didn't ask me for a price" . No ! You're right, I also didn't ask you to rip my screen protector off and replace it with one that must be made of GOLD! He then tells me how good this one is and well worth it. The screen protector doesn't even bloody fit! My phone is a Motorola and the protector is for a Samsung A14, it's way to short, with cut outs in the wrong place. I told him what I thought of him, but he just wanted to accuse me of being stupid enough not to ask him for a price ( I didn't have a bloody chance) He must do this all the time. I told him to take the protector off and put my one back, which he told me he can't as he can't resell it and told me to pay. An extremely rude and arrogant con man. I gave him a fiver and left. ( About £4.50 too much ) NEVER USE THIS SHOP. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

   Very shady and very pushy when enquiring about a phone charger port repair said take about 30 mins i didnt have time and only enquiring then said 20mins then could do in 10 mins really think not properly so didn't proceed. Also bought some vape juice here 1 week It was £3 then a week later was £5. BEWARE

   DISHONEST AND SHADY. We agreed to a free diagnosis for my speaker, emphasizing "with no service charge". I was told it would take two days, when I came back it wasn't ready. Then I was asked to come back every other day without a clear timeline or estimated completion date. Each time telling me it's not ready with no further info. In the end, the shop repaired the speaker without my consent and charged me £100. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. Check the other one-star reviews—many people have had similar experiences, including being overcharged without agreeing to a price and being given the runaround about repairs. I'm not looking for a response from the shop owner, I'm here to warn others to not make the same mistake as I did by going here. If you need repairs, go to a trusted business like Currys instead.

   I recently had my iPad's charging port fixed at this shop and was pleased with the quality of work. However, I had to deduct one star because of the miscommunication regarding the pick-up date. I was initially told that it would be ready next day, but it ended up being delayed until the 3rd day. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I would have appreciated if the shop had been more transparent about the expected timeline for the repair. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this shop to others, but I hope that they will work on improving their communication with customers in the future.

   Scammers! Made us pay up front before repair, only to not fix the phone and still charge a service fee. They lied about replacing a button, and charged for nothing. Don't go here!!
