   Truly outstanding customer service! I needed help finding some items in the Bromley store and their fair haired young man assistant (Sky I think) was immediately on the case. Then I needed some help regarding ordering online and instantly Connor joined in to sort that out. Everything I wanted is now in hand thanks to their kind help and nothing was too much trouble. An absolute pleasure shopping in this Bromley branch ... kindness and smiles mean a lot thank you.

   Went to men kind Bromley got remote car was no good went back to the store they changed it for the the rock climbing car it was worse save money you will be disappointed batteries to week dose not go very good went to another shop got good one

   Never ordering online again. They messed up my order didn't come in time for Christmas even though I payed express delivery.if it was that alone I would of left one star because I couldn't leave 0. The 5 stars are for Daniel and his team at Bromley. They went above and beyond for me and helped me replace the orders that haven't come in time to save my children being so upset (one in particular whi has sen needs). The manager Daniel honestly went above qnd beyond even though he was litterally rushed off his feet. Bromley staff you done yourself proud and thank you.

   Entered this retail shop and had great experience in looking through the merchandise, I found things that were of more interest than others my friend and both made purchases and friendly service from its stall. The only down side is possibly a little bit to expensive for maybe a lot of people while in an economical crisis.

   Reasonably priced random gifts and gadgets. Asked for some help in choosing a gift for some guy friends and the shop assistant was very helpful. Went during my work lunch break and it was very quiet.

   If your looking for some gifts which are different then this is the place to go. A good example of these gifts are old games consoles which have pre installed games from the 80s which you plug into a tv set It's worth visiting this store, because it can give you ideas on what to get family or friends for birthdays or Christmas.
