   Gave my laptop in for repair and was quoted a certain price , and was told the guy would ring me if it the cost of repair would be more than what was agreed The guy couldn't be bothered to ring me and I tried calling to chase for any updates and they don't answer their landline, came back in 2 days later hoping my laptop would be fixed and they still hadn't fixed it , saying it will.be 15 pound more and I'll.have to wait another hour. Poor customer service I won't go here again they don't care about customer and over charged me
