   have visited this shop for the last four days, but nobody took proper care of my phone. Before I came here, my phone was charging slowly but at least it was working. After their handling, my phone’s network is now not working at all. Because of these repeated visits and delays, I also received two parking tickets. I explained this to Mr. Yousef, but he did not seem to care or take responsibility. This is very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. I am sharing this review to warn others not to visit this shop, especially for repairing devices. Very bad service overall.

   Fast service, MacBook screen was fixed within 2 hours, staff are very polite & the finish job was excellent, would recommend if your in Dagenham to get laptops and phones fixed here, thanks guys

   Do NOT GET YOUR ELECTRONICS FIXED HERE. If I could give less stars than one I would. I'd taken my Nitendo Switch here which had a completely dead battery. I was told £40 to change the battery after the man had looked at the Nitendo by taking it apart he then calls me 3 days later saying - it's the charging port which is broken too and I need to pay £50. I said no, the charging port was fine when I left it, it was the battery. I then said there's other places where I can get a new battery/charging port for £28. Which he then said 'fine' he'll do it for £40 and I could collect tomorrow when I've recieved the call for collection. 3 more days passed so I called them to be told he's not in today, after the man on the phone went to check (which was strange) and he'll call me back later. I never recieved a call. Another 24hrs passed and I'm receiving a call to be told actually it wasn't the battery and it was water damage. I said no way that's true, and plus he would have seen this on the Tuesday he called me when he had the nitendo all open and out. He said come in and he'll show me. Well when I went to the shop he acted sorry and gave me the nitendo then made the conversation short. My daughters Nintendo has had its parts removed to fix their broken inshore Nintendos to sell, and I've been given back a completely broken one which is now not fixable. Don't use this place! Actual con artists.

   Staff are very rapid and friendly, done me a good deal with my iPhone 14 Pro Max also slapped in a privacy screen although I didn’t have enough money to cover it. Thank you and will defo be coming back again for future repairs.
