Best grocery shop in the area! No doubts they have the best prices and bring in new items every time I visit which makes me want to spend all my money there haha. Staff 10/10, Products 10/10 and is overall my favourite shop run into
**Terrible Experience at Moseley Mini – Avoid at All Costs!** I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my horrible experience with Moseley Mini. First off, the staff was incredibly rude – I was greeted with an attitude, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. I was just trying to ask a couple of questions about a vehicle I was interested in, but instead of helpful answers, I got eye-rolls and dismissive responses. Customer service? Definitely not a priority here. To make matters worse, when I finally did make a purchase, I noticed that the items they sold me were expired! One of the products I bought was way past its expiration date, and when I pointed this out, they acted like it was no big deal. It’s honestly shocking that a business would have such blatant disregard for their customers’ safety and satisfaction. I wouldn't trust these guys with anything! There are way better places to spend your money. Stay far away from Moseley Mini if you value decent service or quality! I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Moseley Mini was absolutely awful and I feel compelled to warn others. The customer service here is non-existent. I barely got a hello before being ignored for long stretches of time. When I did try to ask questions, the responses were curt, condescending, and made me feel like I was bothering them. Not once did anyone try to be helpful or engage in a friendly conversation. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I also purchased a few accessories, and to my disbelief, one of the items was expired! I mean, seriously, expired goods in a supposedly professional business? When I pointed this out, the staff acted like it was no big deal and didn’t offer to make things right. I was honestly shocked by the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. It’s clear that Moseley Mini doesn’t care about its customers at all. Their attitude, coupled with the expired product they tried to sell me, makes me feel like they just want to make a quick buck without any consideration for quality or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. You can find much better service and a better experience at any other dealership.
One of the best shop in terms of price and the staff and owner of the shop is very friendly, kind and helpful. Always try to fulfill the customer demands. Everything is available at a reasonable price. Like to visit again and again
I had gone to pick candies for my daughter's birthday celebration at school because I was told by the owners son that they sell halal products...but I was spoken to very badly by the elderly manager (owner) of the shop. He was extremely rude and had no manners and even said that I did not intend to buy anything and was wasting his time....I was appalled!! I even tried to tell him ,that I came to the shop becoz his son told me a few days ago that the products are halal,but the old man was abnoxious and judgemental. I finally told him to shut down the shop becoz he doesn't know business and customer service and to learn from his son who was extremely polite. A sour loser of a man. The manager is very polite with the customer and very humble person. He has all kind of products like crips and soft drinks and at a very reasonable rate. very good shop for different kind of vapes and cigerrate. Best price in Moseley.
Terrible shop, visited today for first time to get some basics since I live local and was yelled at and pushed out as I was asking merchant on VISA rules on minimum required payment ... "A Merchant must not establish a minimum or maximum Transaction amount as a condition for honoring a Visa Card or Visa Electron Card", this is a bulletin point from merchant agreement. This shop do just that, they even explicitly state that it is be cause of Visa fees ... they are doing exactly what is against VISA rules, I would bought 10quid worth of products if they would not started to act so rude with me as I just asked question in good manner
shop keeper does not really speak english and will accuse you of stealing at some point if you are regular, be aware ... been harassing me for months, calling me names in public ... stay away for peace of mind.
