Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a brand new item online and when received it was clearly faulty, as it was missing a part. Initially Gadcet customer service was helpful, sending me a return label quickly. However, they received the return at this store two weeks ago (return was tracked) and have refused to update me on how it is progressing. They have breached consumer law by not providing a refund within 14 days, and customer service has been non existent. I currently have no product and no money to show for it. Steer clear of this company!
