Gemma has helped us to no end with our home gym. Great deals on dumbbells and a leg extension. Will be buying an all in one functional rack soon after a demo in store. Really knowledgeable in this space and super friendly. Equipment is high quality and delivery is fast. Can’t ask for more
Fantastic service, will definitely order from them again (if the gym stays closed anyway!). Ordered a rowing machine, it arrived within a week but it had been cracked and wasn’t working properly. Emailed the customer service team and within two weeks I had a new replacement and the faulty one was picked up at the same time. The entitled attitude of the people making these complaints is just unbelievable. Yes, mistakes happen, but do people honestly expect things to be sorted out right away just because they’ve paid some money over? We’re in a pandemic and the gyms are closed - have some patience, people!
Genuinely can't believe how poor the service is. I received a set of Olympic weights as a Christmas present, but the bar never showed up. My partner tried for a couple of weeks to get it replaced, but got nowhere. I then tried in the new year, after trying to make a complaint. They responded, said they would send out a replacement. After a week I emailed and said they were sorry but they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't until March. Or I could have a refund and they would collect. I asked if they could do a partial refund and I could but one. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't had a response. Utter garbage.
Brilliant service! Stuart dealt with us and his knowledge and service was impeccable. Excellent product knowledge and super helpful. Even helped us measure the cage as we were worried about it fitting. Used the installation service. Again can't fault it. The install guys were processional amd fast. Will keep going back. Highly recommended. Great store and team
Excellent service from Stewart (branch manager). Professional, friendly and happy to give genuine advice regarding equipment vs requirement. Some items purchased on the day were not in stock at the store, delivery was arranged, items were received within a few days and followed up with an email after delivery to check that everything was ok. Good old fashioned customer service at it’s best. A credit to the company and highly recommended.
I was just browsing for a spinning bike and came across Powerhouse Fitness. Stewart dealt with my queries and had a fully comprehensive knowledge of the products. The service he provided was above and beyond, it was nothing but outstanding. He had the utmost patience as one question led to another. From just browsing and pondering whether I wanted to buy a bike, I bought one and also additional items. Fantastic service, highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use again.
