   A friend of mine smashed her iPhone phone screen, and was understandably distraught. Apple wanted £180 and a 3-5 day wait! But Fayzi at mobile expert fixed it in 20 minutes for less than half the price and had superb customer service. After initially being sceptical about going to a 3rd party repair, I left having had an extremely positive experience and my friend back in a good mood! Thank you Fayzi!!!

   BUYER BEWARE - I went in to buy an iPhone headset adapter. First they charged £15 vs. £9 when you buy from the Apple Store. Second they sell counterfeit (fake) Apple product. I was in a hurry and knew I was being ripped-off £5 but was in a hurry. The adapter broke in less than 24hrs. When I went back to the store to exchange or get a refund, I had to fight and make a scene to get a replacement. I went to the Apple store later that day to get a real adapter. The picture shows the real product vs. the fake counterfeit (in red). I am sure this shop preys on tourists and unsuspecting shoppers. BUYER BEWARE.

   Reasonable price and great services! He friendly talked with me and gave me a chair for sit which I was happy for that( I am truly a lazy person Lol). My phone got water damage and he fixed it within 30 mins. And as he knows I am new here, he also suggests me a cheaper plan for SIM card.

   Edit: after using my replacement screen for a little while i have noticed it is not great quality, specifically the poor light/distance sensor controlling the screen, which always acts up during phone calls. Cheap part so don't expect perfection. Got a phone screen replacement for iphone 5S - £35, great quality and speedy service. Recommend
