   The lady or daughter of the owner who did my nails was rude and pushy to me. I was told to choose the colour I wanted so I spent a minute nothing more looking to see which colour I wanted and she then yelled “hurry up I have another customer coming hurry up with picking nail colour!” I was not taking long at all so I thought this was quite rude and embarrassing, as I have always been quiet and polite when visiting the nail 4 u. I am a paying customer just like the next person it is not my fault if you book customers one after the other and have to rush mine and others nails. I was just sat there letting her do whatever she needed to do to my nails never spoke or hindered her from doing what she was doing? I felt a bit upset and disappointed as I never expected to be treated like that when I have always been kind, polite quiet and respectful towards the ladies who work in the salon. The nails cost me £35 as always and they chipped the colour was coming off I got a gel colour. Stop booking lots of people whilst working on a customers nails and then start rushing the current customer so you can squeeze in the next person because they are paying more for whatever service you will provide. This was rude unprofessional and not a pleasant experience. This is a small independent nail business, which I have always supported and praised to others but based on the negative attitude and disrespect I received on that day and previous days I feel unsure now and let down massively. Not acceptable and not deserving of money if you can’t respect people especially someone like me who has come here for 3 years always sat quietly and let you get on with my nails and was always polite and happy with my nails but the last 3 times no.

   Been a few times always get good customer service however I was finding myself going every week maybe sometimes even more than that I got my nails done on the Sunday just gone it’s now Tuesday one has already come clean off and it looks like a few more are on their way off I have given this place a good few chances to get this right but they just can’t seem too they are just really poor quality nails that don’t last in my opinion and it means that I have to go to a different nail salon and pay again to get them redone

   Brilliant service! Explained me and my friend was running late said they’d keep it open for us. Asked for nails to match my toes and i got exactly what i wanted. Also couldn’t ask for better service lovely people and very talkative.
