   First time visiting and it was a bit of a mixed experience. I did come at an especially busy time at 3pm on a Saturday. There isn't a booking system, so you just have to wait patiently until they're free. In total it took 2hrs 45mins. But I am very happy with my nails and they were all caring and doing their best with the rush ♡ The reason I'm leaving a review is just to let people know about the payment when visiting for the first time too, and how uncomfortable another customer made me feel as I was leaving. They only accept Cash / Bank Transfers which I couldn't find information about online beforehand. ( could have been my fault that I just missed it ) I apologised that I didn't know that they don't take Card Payments, I just needed to wait a couple of minutes for my mum to turn up with cash. This is when a stranger who did not work there interrupted me and took it upon herself to scold me. It just felt needlessly tense getting glared at by a regular as I waited to pay.

   Really really dissapointed, had a pedicure and gel toe nails Saigon Nails Spa & Beauty Bolsover this morning. Asked on arrival how long the wait would be I was told ‘not long‘ . After 10/15 minute I was taken to the pedicure chair. A further 30 minutes the pedicure commenced. So I waited 45 minutes which is more than ‘not long’ and I left the shop just over 2 hours later having spent £40. It wasn’t until I got home that I realised one flower had a middle and the other doesn’t. I can’t get back to the shop to have this corrected due to other commitments including going out tomorrow afternoon in sandals but now I have to rethink my outfit as I will have to wear shoes to hide my odd toes.

   Thanks to the guy who did the pedicure for me today. you work very carefully and professionally, I feel very relaxed when you massage. my daughter and many friends say you did a great job so i came here and was really happy because i had a good night sleep today.

   Brilliant place...always pleasant and carry out amazing pedicures - had one 2 days ago, better than most. Mother and daughter lovely people and mum can't do enough for you. Wherever you go, you will always get that negative review but, as you can see ...most are excellent! Well done!

   Quite disgusted with this place. Been in today wanting a gel polish. A school girl took off what I'd got on whilst sneezing, coughing and obviously full of cold, I told them to take off and leave it, not only should she not be working there it's not very good being full of germs and probably covid!! Not acceptable and I won't return.
