My partner and I came in for a massage. The whole experience was wonderful, from the service on the phone booking the appointment, all the way through to the massage itself. The spa has a lovely relaxing atmosphere, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the massage I had was the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely return, thank you, Lee and Cora

Thanks to Belinda for a magnificent Bespoke Body massage. It was a thoroughly relaxing and luxurious 60 minutes. The Botanicals products seemed very natural and soothing too. Botanicals is tucked down a side street in Bakewell, but make sure you don't miss out. It's best to book in advance.

I booked a back massage plus facial, only 2 days prior, the therapist was Belinda. Best massage in a while and she was so friendly. Explained how the pressure would be, and began with unexpected foot cream. Felt very pampered and will definitely visit when next in the area; came away glowing!! Thank you.
I had the most amazing massage from Libby at Bakewell Botanicals - I couldn’t recommend the salon more, the team were so welcoming and friendly, the setting is super calming (and very clean!) and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and very happy. My sister and mother had a massage and facials here. They came out feeling super refreshed and rejuvenated. The practitioners were professional and friendly. The treatments felt tailored. The salon is beautiful and modern. We feel lucky to find this little gem in Bakewell. Would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a luxurious pamper session. A beautifully modern beautician's which smell amazing from all the great Botanicals products they sell. I had a super gel manicure with Belinda who was lovely, very friendly and took great care sorting my nails before adding lovely pastel colours. I asked to have them in lots of colours - a bit like Smarties, and they look fab. Delighted with them. An added bonus for me who likes to book more on a whim is that you can book online, which is not a feature of most of the beauty salons in the area. I'll be back for some more treatments
