ordered all the equipment to complete a tiling job, email and text to state they were in store, attended and 2 items were not there. Not good enough really, went next door to Screwfix and got all the stuff i needed, i thought i would give toolstation another go but i will be with Screwfix permenantly now
Always quick reliable and friendly. Nothing usually goes wrong but when it does the customer service is very good. Clair solved my issue above and beyond. Very impressed.
