   Click and collect used 4 times in the last month and you get a text in minutes to say your order is ready. So useful to have a local screwfix. Only issues I have had are a) when I arrive to collect they always seem to struggle to find what I've bought and b) visited alot by trades people who don't seem to get social distancing. Of course if you are not in a hurry best to check prices elsewhere first but there are some good deals.

   Refused to give me a refund for an item that was 2 days old and still packaged with receipt. Would only offer customer credit even though I paid via card Had to call head office to get a refund and get the goods collected from my home via parcel force. Staff at wetherby branch need to learn customer service skills. Refuse to shop here again. Rude and very very unhelpful. If your willing to wait 20mins for head office answer. The man on the line was extremely helpful and apologetic.

   I tend to order via Click and Collect and am always in and out of the shop within minutes. The staff are always very friendly, and seem to deal with other customers who might not necessarily know what they want, or need help, with lots of patience. Great to see!
