Lost my roof rack keys, without the number written down to buy a replacement. A few keys later, they managed to find the right one! Within half an hour, out of a possible 50 haha. Lovely staff and a pleasure to deal with, couldn't recommend more!
Superb company and lovely staff. Couldn’t have done anything more to help me solve an annoying problem after losing the keys for my roof rack. Managed to pick the locks and then took the time to work out the replacements I needed. Highly recommended!

I had bought a set of rhino ladder clamps from a friend and he had lost the keys. I didn’t even think I’m could get the keys, but solid as a lock had them cut in a matter of minutes, amazing friendly service. I will be definatly going back there for my deadlocks. Great service and very polite and helpful.

Every so often someone tips you off to something special. John and Shane run an Aladdin’s cave of a place here. They are welcoming, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I arrived with a problem and left less than 3 minutes later with a perfect solution. I rarely do reviews. I cannot recommend Solid as a Lock more highly.
Late friday afternoon and they had the exact part I needed for my upvc door. I took along the mechanism and they fitted and tested the part for me. Excellent service and very friendly team.
