   I no longer shop at Wickes Roundhay Road Leeds and leave my car parked as every time I have been in the past a 'Learner Driver" was practising in the car park. Who knows what damage could happen, surely a sign would suffice as it must be a private car park.

   Average priced DIY store with trade and online ording / discounts, decent place, good staff. Some small things like stickers or price tags on decorative wood and components are annoying to remove, not just DIYers but professionals alike. Come on Wickes, design tags with the user in mind!

   Awful, miserable, unhelpful, unfriendly counter staff. No acknowledgment, no help with transferring bulk click and collect to my car. I asked for help as I’ve a disability in my left hand and he said “yes you can get help, just ask a passer by who may help you”. I’ll buy from Amazon in future, get it delivered to my door as the drivers are exceptional.

   I'd like to thank Joe on the exceptional customer service he gave me when I returned a faulty tap. He was very friendly, listened to my issue, found a solution and all with a big smile. You usually don't get this kind of service these days. He's a credit to the store. Keep up the good work Joe!

   Atrocious customer service from a chap called JAMES, had a call out booked to measure up the kitchen and draw some plans. Originally cancelled on us and re arranged for Sunday however has turned up today just to tell us we can’t draw you a plan because u may have some walls knocked through. EXACLY THATS WHY YOU CALL IT A PLAN TO SEE WHAT IDEADS CUSTOMERS HAVE IN MIND THIS JAMES GUY HAS TURNED UP AFTER MAKING MY WHOLE FAMILY CANCEL SUNDAY PLANS TO TURN UP AND SAY HE CANT DRAW A PLAN FOR US. WE HAVE HAD RENS KITCHEN DRAW US A PLAN WITHOUT ANY ISSUE WHAT SO EVER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND ESPECIALLY THIS CHAP CALLED JAMES ABSOLUTE AWKWARD GUY JUST SEAMED LIKE HE WANTED TO GET BACK TO OFFICE THE MINUTE HE WALKED IN!!!

   First visit with being new to the area, have to say that my first impression is a positive one. Nice clean and organised environment with super friendly staff, particular mention to Leon who was extremely helpful and friendly when tasked with mixing some paint for us. Will definitely be my 'go to place' in the future.

   Poor customer service. Told to go and collect my own click and collect from the shelves making it look like I was a shoplifter. Member of staff was not polite and clearly didn’t want to help and customers. However, the product I ordered is good quality.
