Luke (one of the managers) set up my account in December and since then has been helping me with an order for doors and windows for a project I am working on. I must say that it has been a pleasure dealing with him; he’s been highly professional, very responsive (whether it be over email, text or phone) and efficient throughout. I was gathering quotes from a number of other companies in Leeds and I would be exchanging about 4 emails in an hour with Luke, whereas with the other companies I was waiting on a reply to my first email. Luke has a very helpful and positive attitude, he is clearly someone that will go out of his way to support customers. I wasn’t sure which door profile would be the best choice, so Luke said he would come out to the property to help me decide on this and a few other bits. Despite the snow and cold weather, Luke stuck to the agreed plan, turned up on time and used his product knowledge to run through the best options and help me decide. Luke also gave me a heads up about the January cash-back promotion, which I managed to benefit from thanks to him. Overall a very positive first customer experience with Eurocell thanks to Luke and all his efforts.
The guy behind the counter didn't know what he was doing, got 50 meters square calculation totally wrong telling we need 45 sheet of plastic which is 2x1 each. You guys need to train your staff and provide them with simple math skills or even a calculator so they don't have to take wild guesses. Not pleased at all, nearly bought 4 times the material we needed lols
We bought a door from here. We dealt with Gary, great service with a very quick response and turnaround. We have just ordered our windows and Gary has been in constant contact, keeping us up to date with our order progress. Will definitely be going back to order our conservatory from him.
Really impressed with the service we have received from this branch of Eurocell. We initially called to have a quick look at a set of doors and it was late on a Friday afternoon. Dan was very helpful and took time to show us the options available and offered to get us a quote on our chosen design. Shortly afterwards he followed up as promised with all the details we needed and we promptly agreed to buy the doors. What was also very impressive was Dan's regular contact and updates on the progress of our order and then the delivery on the day we agreed. All in all a great service and one that has led me to recommend Eurocell to others.
