Came here because my back glass was cracked and my battery was expanding and it was an emergency. They gave a fair price and even gave me a screen protector for half the price. The repair was super quick too. My phone looks new again. Definitely worth it.

I had the most wonderful experience with Crack and Smash. The staff there are fantastic. I went in there with a dead, cracked 2in1 Lenovo yoga book drawing tablet that I was sure a goner. No one I had spoken to before even knew what it was but the men at crack and smash were so helpful and determined to get it back to pristine condition. They were very communicative and surprisingly reasonable when it came to pricing. They even went the extra mile for me when I thought all hope was lost they searched for the missing golden piece that brought my machine back to life; for me this honestly made all the difference in the world to not have to search for yet another piece. Could not be happier with my experience at Crack and Smash they did so much for me and my little machine. I highly recommend

Hello,if I can I WILL GIVE 0 STARS !!! I can't give any stars for this service, this was the worst experience. The owner should repair my son's phone, don't done the job and when come back with complaints and when I asked him to fix it he asked about additional fee. He tried to put blame on us. He didn't take the responsibility and still don't fixed the phone. We paid £65 and he wants another £25 for fix his work. In the pictures you can see glue all over the phone, screen to short, glue over the screen (the black line- effect of the glue in new screens) First time I don't give any stars on my many reviews. Had a really bad experience with this shop - would highly recommend you avoid and take your business to a shop that is competent. Brought a phone in to have the screen repaired. Received the phone as they were closing, later realising that there were white blotches within the screen and a big brown line that has continued to grow across the screen over the coming days, this brown line is still growing everyday. There is glue all around the screen and the work carried out is totally shody. A few days later, brought to phone back to the shop to ask for it to be repaired correctly - the shop basically refuses to take any responsibility what so ever. The man said he could only fix the white blotches but not the whole job because he’s not under his suppliers warranty?! Blamed the brown line on me In the end he laughed at us and refused to replace the screen and do the job properly unless we buy another screen for him to fit? SERIOUSLY?! £65 for nothing! AVOID AVOID AVOID
With a little encouragement, Crack and Smash staff were kind enough to provide a quote for repairing my phone for an insurance claim. A big thank you. I am planning to buy my new phone from them.
The absolute best! The manager is lovely honourable and so helpful fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes. The engineer is so careful to fix my phone extremely professional and good at his job. Efficient and the best I recommend 110% much love brandi
Took my samsung phone in which was struggling to charge, had a smashed back and the battery had expanded. They put in a new battery and back cover but it still wasn't charging so they went above and beyond to change the charging point and then rushed it over to the lab to fix an issue with the motherboard. Really appreciated the extra effort they made to fix my phone and get it back to me in the same day! Thank you!
