   It was a laptop screen replacement, they ordered the detail based on the model info, they have a system to check the availability and possible options, so you never gonna have a wrong part. Whenever the part is there you receive a message and the replacement takes around 20-30 minutes. Most probably if the part is in stock they'll do an immediate replacement. Extremely friendly and professional staff. In comparison to other service providers this one offered a really good price. There is a 6 month warranty, might differ based on your product type. Highly recommend!

   Fantastic service, they did a lot more work than was initially agreed in order to identify and solve the problem with my custom laptop, and only charged me the original fixed price! So no hidden costs like I've had before with other places. I think a lot of shops won't even bother with motherboard issues, but they managed to fix the board by finding and replacing the faulty component. Really happy to have my laptop back fixed!

   I bought 2 laptops several years apart. First one brilliant - no issues with it at all and a really competitive price. Second one had charging issues and after they ordered a new battery, which helped, and then a new charger and it still didn't charge properly, the owner gave me a more expensive laptop and downloaded all my stuff from the old laptop onto a memory stick which was worth £20 on top of the new, more expensive laptop. The new laptop is excellent - an HP Elite Book - I would have been willing to pay the extra for such a good machine. The loss of the star is that I wish I could have had this laptop in the first place - otherwise, great service.
