   Last Friday, I went to Wickes to get gutter &pipe . I asked one off staff who was working in that area a woman there who looked between 35 and 45 and was wearing glasses. She was very rude, and halfway through our conversation, she left. I wouldn't recommend that place to family or friends ever again.

   Called in to this store today for 8 x online roofing panels the cost was £28.00 per sheet, I did a quick online check to see if I could get them cheaper else where, B&Q £27.00, Screwfix £24.99, seeing as I was in the Wakefield wickes store I asked if they would do a price match, the blunt answer was No, to my surprise. So just went round to Screwfix and purchased from there, not good business in my opinion.

   Not a customer friendly car park, just been fined £100 for not reading the small private car park sign. Been shopping here for many years hence not surprising eventually falling foul of the rules. £120 total cost shopping trip for a couple of window handles, never again.

   Shocking Experience. BEWARE this company use CPM (UK Car Park Management through the land lord. CPM are nothing but a legal scam to extort parking charges from you. They send you letters demanding payment of £60 - £100 - £120 then send a letter saying they will send a Debt Collector Local To You. (THIS ACTION IS NOT ALLOWED AND CAN ONLY BE ENFORCED - ISSED AFTER COURT JUDGEMENT ) Asked to speak to duty manager regarding this but he wouldn't come out of his office and talk to me just passed the book onto a young checkout assistant. Poor Management Skill. Spend quite abit using TradePro but will never use Wickes again. Other local builders merchants provide the same products and do not hit you with Parking Charges.
