   We hired the lounge for my mum's wake as it is a lovely room & a perfect setting for the occasion. Maureen is a loverly lady & she organised it all for me including the buffet which was absolutely outstanding with plenty for everyone including a variety of sandwiches, wraps, barms, quiche, sausage rolls, pork pies, chicken drumsticks, a really great finger buffet & all was beautifully presented & we all ended up staying there till early evening as it was so elaxing.

   Nice big car park. We went to a function in the upstairs room. Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean, we'll set out. An excellent choice for an entertainment venue. The only downside was the lack of a lift. A couple of the older guests found the stairs a bit challenging. Overall though. A brilliant well run club.

   We used one of the function rooms here for my mum's wake. It was a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet we ordered was superb and plentiful. I would highly recommend Walkers Sports Club for any family celebration.

   Slightly biased review as I was there for an amazing birthday bash but the staff worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great evening. It was the hottest day of the year and they worked none stop to ensure we were hydrated, whilst dancing all night long. Clubs like this need our support to ensure communities have a great place to enjoy

   A really good facility. Lots of parking and very easy to find. The facilities for the players and the match officials are first class. The pitch is quite a large and the playing surface is excellent. The pub/restaurant adjacent to the ground serves excellent food and good quality beers. A really good football ground.

   Must be an age thing, but I'm finding pubs (apart from my favs) less appealing and social clubs more appealing lol. First time at Walkers but not the last. Good snooker and pool tables along with some nice ales at reasonable prices. Top that off with rugby on TV and I was a happy chap, despite getting well and truly beaten at pool.
