The loveliest experience . Quick professional and well priced. They performed a Miracle on my nails as Iβm a horrible nail biter. I felt at ease and I cannot stop looking at my nails. I wouldnβt use anyone else again
After coming here for years their service and quality has unfortunately suffered with the growth of the salon. Being rushed through an appointment so they were ready for the next client meant I had to go back twice in the space of a week due to several damaged nails. Then for another nail to break off completely with no force. After asking for these to be soaked off a few days after the SECOND repair they didn't even question why/offer to fix this, just wanted to take more money and move on to rush the next client. It is such a shame because I have enjoyed the results in previous visits but the last year or two it feels like they are more focused on the numbers in and out of the door than the quality of their service.
My go to nail place. I have gone many times and given then some tricky/detailed nails designs and they have always delivered. Always good quality nails products (glues, nail vanish etc) they are very quick when doing the actual acrylic of the nails and all the staff are very experienced in doing nails and nail art. The staff are friendly and it is easy to communicate what nail design and colours you want. If you bring a design the staff will help pick out the best colour that they have that matches the design/colours you have. 10/10 would recommend.
My friends went here and recommended it to me! It's exactly what she said. the staff is so friendly. they are a good team and do nails really well! I will recommend to all of my friends this place. Good time here!
Me and my daughter have been here to have our nails done 3 times a year for past 4 years. We will never go back. We had an appointment but had to wait a hour . The staff look miserable like they donβt want to be their . They look stressed and over worked. I paid 40 pound for my nails. They were rushed and not what I ask for . All the glue is down my natural nails . And I had to do my own work on them to put them right.
