Terrible customer service! I complained about how thick my nails were and how bad the acrylic base coat looked — it didn’t even cover my nails properly. Instead of fixing it, the owner actually started shouting at me! I couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful they were. This is completely unacceptable. The result speaks for itself — awful work and even worse attitude. Don’t waste your time or money here. Very rude people and disgusting service.
Great nail salon with good and fair pricing. It cost between £17-£20 for gel nails, which is a competitive price for surrounding salons. They were even able to take 6 of us with an advanced booking and were really fast while giving a good quality service. Definitely would return again.
This is my first ever review to a business. Absolutely wonderful place and kind and welcoming staff. I never had nails done before, and I went to this nail bar totally clueless, but they made me feel comfortable, explained the pricing, process, and made the perfectly neat and exact design I showed them. I'm loving my nails right now - they've definitely made a loyal customer. PLUS they offer 15% student discount, which is a amazing for students if they are on budget.
I have been going to this nail bar for the past year. Each set of nails, I have had, have been exactly what I asked for! Nice and friendly service/atmosphere. Great price. Highly recommend :)

Was okay service, didn’t talk much. Overcharged as didnt actually add student discount from the price outside and looks like a child has done them, not very happy.asked for French tip nails and the pale bottom colour is way too dark, they look awful.

Had the best experience at serenity nail bar. Lovely people with fabulous service. There was a misunderstanding and the wrong tip colour was used and both staff members were apologetic and took my nails off and did a fresh set free of charge. They were gentle throughout the treatment and apologised when catching skin etc. My nails turned out beautiful better than any other salon I have been to and I will most definitely be back! Thank you so much :)
Just had a pedicure here and it was 40 minutes of bliss, you sit in a massage chair that gives you a lovely back massage while they are working on your feet. As well as the usual nail care they do a great job at getting rid of the hard skin off your feet too and give a quick massage on the feet before they move you over to another chair to do the polish. I've come away with lovely soft feet and beautiful polished toes and feeling very relax.
